This website is the personal portfolio of Sille Tholund, operating as Solace Creative, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. This page explains what happens to your information when you visit the site or get in touch. I keep it short because the site does very little with your data.

No tracking, no cookies

This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any tracking tools. Nothing about your visit is stored or profiled, and there is no cookie banner because there are no non-essential cookies to consent to.

When you contact me

The only way the site collects personal data is if you choose to email me using the contact link. When you do, I receive your email address and whatever you write in your message. I use that solely to reply to you and discuss a possible collaboration. I do not sell, rent, or share it, and I keep it only as long as needed for our conversation and any resulting work.

Hosting and third parties

The site is hosted by Netlify, which, like any web host, may automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address for security and to keep the site running. Some video thumbnails on the site load directly from YouTube (Google), which means your browser contacts Google to fetch those images. I have no access to any data those providers may collect; please see the Netlify and Google privacy policies for details.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data I hold about you, and to object to my use of it. To exercise any of these, just email me at hello@silletholund.com. You also have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk) if you believe your data has been mishandled.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will always be posted on this page with a new date above.
